  • Do I need to know how to code?

    Not at all. Airogel CMS is built for business owners, not developers. Update your content yourself—AI helps you write and edit, and everything else is point-and-click simple.

  • What does the AI actually do?

    In Premium and Creator plans, AI helps you write better content faster. Chat with it to generate text, improve your writing, or get suggestions—but you're always in control. Think of it as a writing partner, not an autopilot.

  • Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You can cancel your monthly plan anytime. Your site stays live through the end of your billing period, and you can export your content at any time.

  • What's included in the price?

    All plans include website hosting, custom domain support, link-in-bio page, contact forms, unlimited pages, and email support. Premium and Creator plans add AI assistance. No hidden fees or usage limits on any plan.

  • What's the difference between Base, Premium, and Creator plans?

    Base includes everything you need to build and manage your website. Premium adds in-app AI chat to help you write and edit content. Creator (coming soon) adds a visual site builder for complete design control. All plans include hosting, custom domains, and unlimited updates.

  • Can I use my own domain name?

    Yes! All plans support custom domains. You can connect a domain you already own or purchase one through Airogel. We handle SSL certificates automatically.

  • Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

    Yes! You can upgrade to a higher plan anytime. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your content and settings are preserved when changing plans.

  • How is this different from WordPress/Squarespace/Wix?

    Simpler than WordPress (no plugins or hosting headaches), more flexible than Squarespace (export your content anytime), and AI-powered without extra costs or credits to track. We handle security and updates, you focus on your content.

  • What kind of support do you offer?
